The mission of Disabled Students Programs & Services (DSPS) is to provide assistance and support to students with verified disabilities, in order for them to succeed in Napa Valley College’s many programs and services. DSPS serves all people with disabilities and have specialized knowledge in learning disabilities, mobility disabilities, acquired brain injury, deaf and hard of hearing, and visual disabilities.
