Tri-County Independent Living, Inc. (TILI) is a consumer controlled, community based organization that is designed and operated within a local community by and for people with disabilities. They offer a wide variety of services to members of the community – free of charge. They offer independent living skills training, housing assistance, peer support and personal assistant services.
